Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy – RapidBazaar.shop

At RapidBazaar.shop, we are committed to providing a seamless and satisfying shopping experience. Please review our Return, Refund, and Cancellation Policy before placing your order.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted within 5 days from the date of delivery.
  • The product must be unused, unworn, and returned in its original packaging with all accessories.
  • Only products purchased directly from RapidBazaar.shop are eligible.
  • To initiate a return or exchange, email us at contact.rapidbazaar@gmail.com with your Order ID and reason for the request.
  • A clear unboxing video is mandatory for all claims related to damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect products.
  • For exchanges, you may be asked to place a new order, after which we will process the return of the previous item upon approval.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are applicable only if the product is damaged, defective, incorrect, or not working.
  • Once the returned item is received and passes our quality inspection, the refund will be processed within 3–5 business days.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method or as per the applicable refund process.
  • If your refund has not been received after 5 business days, please contact us at contact.rapidbazaar@gmail.com.

Returns Not Accepted For

Returns or refunds will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after purchase.
  • Incorrect product ordered by the customer.
  • Price changes after purchase.
  • Normal wear and tear or damage caused by misuse.
  • Minor differences in color or appearance due to lighting, photography, or screen settings.

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.
  • Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
  • If you refuse delivery of a prepaid order without a valid reason, applicable shipping charges may be deducted from the refund amount (if eligible).

Important Notice

✅ A complete, clear, and uninterrupted unboxing video is mandatory for all return, exchange, refund, missing item, or damage claims. Claims submitted without an unboxing video may be rejected.
