Is Shipping Free?

When Will I Receive My Order?

We process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible from our warehouse.

  • Order Processing: 1–2 business days
  • Estimated Delivery: 3–8 business days (depending on your location)

During peak seasons, festivals, or high-demand sales, delivery may take a little longer than usual. We appreciate your patience and understanding.


Can I Track My Order?

Yes!

Once your order is shipped, you'll receive an AWB (Air Waybill) Number via SMS and/or email within 1–2 business days.

You can track your shipment using the AWB number on our Order Tracking page.

Why Is My Order Being Shipped in Different Packages?

If you've ordered multiple products, they may arrive in separate packages because:

  • Items may be dispatched from different warehouses.
  • Some products may be in high demand or temporarily backordered.
  • Shipping separately helps us deliver available items faster instead of delaying your entire order.

Don't worry—your remaining items will arrive as soon as possible.


What Happens If My Order Gets Stuck or Is Lost During Shipping?

All orders placed on RapidBazaar.shop are shipped with reliable courier partners.

If your package is delayed, returned, or lost during transit, we'll work with the courier partner to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

If the shipment is confirmed as lost in transit, we will either:

  • Ship a replacement product (subject to stock availability), or
  • Provide a refund, as per our Return & Refund Policy.
